Where we deliver:
We deliver anywhere in Philippines. Our network consists of hundreds of flower shops, gift services, delivery agents and representatives. We deliver Metro Manila and Provincial same day. However if the delivery address is very remote specially very southern part of Mindanao and some other remote areas, It may take additional time for us to arrange the delivery.

Delivery policy
We guarantee the same day delivery if the order is placed and paid before 1 PM (Phil time). Same day delivery may not be guaranteed some remote areas and some items. An email will be sent immediately to notify.
Same Day Delivery Services
· Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Phil time) guaranteed the same day delivery unless delivery date is specified.
· Orders placed after 1:00 PM (Phil time) will be delivered the following day or on the specified date.
· If you are already placed an order and would like to amend it you can do so by contact us over the phone or via e-mail quoting your order reference number
· Once you have placed an order and it is accepted, a confirmation e-mail will be emailed to the email address you specified. If you didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail in 30 minutes after placing an order please contact us via e mail info@pinasflower.com or over the phone.
